Course programme
On successful completion, you may wish to progress to a full-time or higher level part-time hospitality and catering course at the College.
The course has three key subjects:
- exploring the hospitality industry
- food preparation and cookery
- food and beverage service.
You will also be provided with opportunities to develop the technical skills required to produce and serve food and beverages.
