Course description An creative course for those with a taste for hospitality and catering; This varied and interesting course will develop your skills in professional cookery and restaurant service. The knowledge you will gain will prepare you for a future in the hospitality industry. , , In addition you will be taught about food hygiene, basic health and safety and associated employment skills. Good punctuality and attendance are essential as there will be some 8am start times along with occasional evening work. , , You will research and create assignments and there will be opportunities to prepare, cook and serve food in our award-winning restaurant and café bar. You will also visit local hospitality establishments to bring your studies to life.,
