Course OutlineThis programme is designed for people who wish to gain an understanding of principles and practice of Customer Relations. No prior knowledge is required.
The course consists of the modules listed below:
- Customer Care
- Customer Care on the Telephone
- Reception Skills
Duration Students may study over any timescale of up to one year. To complete the course will take in the region of 60 hours of study.
Assessment This course is assessed through a series of tutor marked assignments. No attendance at an exams centre is required.
Accreditation The course is accredited by NCFE, a leading awarding body recognised by the UK Qualifications and Curriculum Authority.
