This course is suitable for A programme designed to promote health and well being through physical movement. Many common ailments can be improved with regular practice of Yoga. It is never too late or too early in life to take up Yoga. Participants will be introduced to basic yoga exercises, which are aimed at improving muscle tone, flexibility and co-ordination. Students will also learn relaxation and breathing.

YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
Who is this course for?
A programme designed to promote health and well being through physical movement. Many common ailments can be improved with regular practice of Yoga. It is never too late or too early in life to take up Yoga.
Participants will be introduced to basic yoga exercises, which are aimed at improving muscle tone, flexibility and co-ordination. Students will also learn relaxation and breathing techniques, which help calm the mind and body and bring about a sense of inner peace.
Students will be encouraged to develop their own home practice. Beginners and intermediate classes available.
How long is this course for?
10 weeks, Wednesday 7.30pm - 9.30pm (Armagh)
1 evening per week for 15 weeks (Newry)
12 weeks (Banbridge, Lurgan and Portadown)
