Do you wish you could present yourself and your business in a better way?

Many people dread having to stand up and face people in a formal business presentation. This workshop will talk you through common fears and how to deal with them.

In a relaxed environment Sarah Walker, of MindCraft Training, will offer advice on how to pull your presentation together and ideas on how to avoid common mistakes and pitfalls.

This is not about the wizardry of Powerpoint although it does look at some basic tips on putting slides together. It focuses on helping you face an audience, large or small, performing at your peak, using your voice and body language to presenting yourself in a powerful and positive light.

Depending on numbers of delegates there will be an opportunity to see yourself deliver a short presentation on video. Delegates are encouraged to come with an idea of a short three to five minute presentation they would like to work on.

Sarah spent 20 years working in the media as a broadcaster and writer before setting up Mindcraft. She was a regular reporter and presenter for ITV, BBC and Sky News and covered every type of story and live broadcast.

She presented Crimenight and Anglia Television's current affairs series and produced and presented a number of documentaries.
