About the course:
The aim of this course is to provide the skills and knowledge required to work effectively as a Resort Representative. It sets out to promote good practice in resort representation by setting a common standard, which is recognised nationally.

Course Content:
Mandatory Units:

• Investigate employment opportunities for resort representatives
• Undertake resort pre-season preparation
• Manage airport and transfer duties
• Undertake in-resort duties
• Investigate resort administration
• Investigate the role of the children's representative

Equipment Requirements:
You will be required to supply adequate paper, pens and a ruler to enable participation in all theory classes. Any travel books needed will be discussed in the class or at interview.

Assessment:
The course is assessed on course work and online tests.

Progression:
Successful completion of the course guarantees an interview with a leading tour operator.
