Salon Management (Advanced Hairdressing Techniques) - Level 4 Diploma

This advanced qualification has been specifically designed for existing or aspiring salon managers.

It covers advanced hair colour correction, managing and creating a hair style collection, and hair and scalp specialist services.

You will also develop your marketing skills for the hair and beauty sector, as well as learning about improving a salon business through research and monitoring, client care and sales management.

• You must be aged 18 or over.
• You must have a Level 3 qualification in hairdressing, barbering or beauty therapy, or significant industry experience.
• You must have a good level of English.

You will be assessed on the practical work that you do in the salon, as well as through observations, online tests, assignments and oral questioning. You will also complete an ePortfolio.

Following the course, you will have the skills and confidence to accept additional management responsibilities, seek promotion, open and run a salon, or continue on to higher education.
