Sport Development, Coaching & Fitness Specialist (Rugby Pathway) Level 3 Extended Diploma

• The Rugby pathway allows students to study while taking part developing both codes of the sport The College is one of only 9 in the UK with RFU beacon status showing we deliver high quality Rugby Union programmes that include coaching and playing Rugby League with direct links to Keighley Cougars which allows Craven College to create an Academy team which feeds into the clubs First team
• The Academy trains for five days per week
• This course is heavily embedded in industry so you can learn while developing your own network of contacts
• The course offers a direct job interview into the sports coaching industry with Sports camps UK, dependent on meeting pre-set criteria.

• Additional qualifications for example Level 2 Fitness Instruction, Sports Leader award and many other highly sought after NGB coaching qualifications in a range of sports
• Insight and experience into the working requirements of the sports industry and preparation for employment
• The opportunity to study for additional professional qualifications including CSLA, HSLA, ITC First Aid, VTCT Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing and Level 2 Rugby Ready award
• English and Maths skills will continue to be developed
