Stand & Deliver was formed in 1993 and has grown yearly in aspects of turnover, number of clients and training consultants. The range of development has also widened. Our services are delivered throughout the UK and overseas and are backed by an afficient course support department. We ensure our training is participartive and experiential. People don't learn by 'chalk and talk' but by joining in, experienceing things for themselves and enjoying the process. As enthusiastic practitioners ourselves, we design and plan our training sessions to take all of these things into account. People don't learn when they are bored, so we ensure the training sessions are lively and interesting by finding new ways to present information and by offering encouragement to try new things. A sense of humour also helps the learning process along! We are experienced in working with people for whom training is a new and perhaps threatening experience. We work hard to make people feel comfortable and to provide a range of ways in which information can easily be assimilated. Stand & Deliver provide a range of public courses and all courses can be run in-company and we will work with you to design and deliver development programmes which are tailor made to your requirements. We have worked with many organisations throughout the UK and abroad to deliver cost-effective management training programmes - our experience is at your disposal. As experienced practitioners we have a proven track record in the design and execution of prgroammes in accordance with client specifications. We bring a creative eye to training solutions whilst always keeping in mind the business focus of the client and the development needs of the participants.
