Course Aim. To identify stress in ourselves and others then employ coping strategies to manage, reduce and eventually eradicate stress in our life. Suitable for: We often feel that we can't do anything about stress, that it's 'just the way it is'. But if we choose to ignore stress signals we may soon suffer the consequences. We'll show you how to identify the causes of stress. Then show you how to deal with your stress in a way that is effective for you and others around you. We show you how to cope with stressful situations, how to discover the real nature of stress and to stop stress spiralling out of control.
