· Course Overview: · The level 3/4 Certificate in Teaching is a professional teaching qualification aimed at people in an assistant teachers role, teachers in the lifelong learning sector, technicians and support staff in further and adult education or training personnel in industry, the public sector or the uniformed services, offender learning. The certificate can be delivered at both level 3 or level 4. Candidates must have access to 30 teaching practice hours.

Entry Requirements: · Candidates should be qualified/experienced in the subject they intend to teach, have access to 30 teaching practice hours and possess reasonable levels of language, literacy & numeracy. Candidates must have successfully completed the 7303 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector Level 3. Candidates must be able to demonstrate level 2 in literacy & numeracy.
