Who is the course for?
People who wish to develop the practical skills required to work in an accountancy environment.

What is the course about?
The AAT Foundation is the first level of a 3 year qualification. It is an NVQ 2 and covers various units including manual and computerised bookkeeping to trial balance, office skills and health & safety.

No

How long & often do I attend?
The programme will commence in September and finish in June. Attendance will be throughout the week.

How will I be assessed?
Students are assessed throughout the year by a combination of portfolio building, workplace assessment, skills tests and an external AAT examination.

What opportunities will this lead to?
After completion of the Foundation level, you will progress to the Intermediate level.
