Course Content:
You will study the following modules. Drafting Financial Statement; Contributing to the Management of performance and enhancement of value; Contributing to the Planning and Control of Resources; Managing Systems and people in accounting; Cash management environment; Preparing Personal Taxation Computation; Contributing to the maintenance of a healthy safe and productive working environment* * This unit is common to all 3 levels and need only be completed once.
Other Information:
The Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) is the recognised professional body for accounting support staff. The scheme is entirely flexible. You can complete it at your own pace. On average, most students who are working full-time spend about a year on each stage and qualify in 3 years. At each stage of the scheme, you will be assessed against the Standards of Competence by college assignments and by an AAT externally set and marked.
Progression:
Successful students can progress to the ACCA Professional Qualification. They have also found that their employment prospects have improved greatly.
