Accredited Moving & Handling Course

This course will look at:

· The Manual Handling Regulations (1992 Updated 2004)
· Person centered approach to practice, underpinned by ergonomics
· Demonstration and practice of Moving & Handling techniques
· Trouble shooting of learners' experiences

This course is accredited by the Charted Institute of Environmental
Health and involves a written test at the end

The course lasts for 6 hours .The course may also be split into two
sessions of 3 hours to be carried out on separate days.
