This was a great course. This summer has been very busy for me. I turned 18, became an adult, went to uni and on holidays! Although my summer was full of events, this one-week course was one of the best during this summer. I will always remember it with a big smile.
I really hope to do more courses of yours in the near future.

If you fancy gaining more knowledge about the chale host world, enroll in the Advanced and Chalet Cookery Course! The Avenue London Cookery School will go into even further detail about the chale cooking during this one week course.
The first day of our week course will hold a review of knife skills and important cooking tips. The rest of the days focus on a variety of recipes, one of which you can take home and proudly show off to your roommates, friends or family.
We also teach you to use books as a reference and to get ideas from it! Although we strongly recommend not to use a book while cooking, it must help us develop our creativity.

Course programme
All students will have had a basic ground knowledge either from The Avenue’s Really Useful and Chalet Course or from experience gained elsewhere.
On the first day you will have a thorough recap on knife skills and other important tips skills that will be a help for you and your future in cooking.
Each day on this course you will cook new inspired recipes, one of which you get to take home with you so you can show off your new found cooking skills to your family and friends.
At The Avenue we teach students to have the confidence and understanding in food to enable you to work without a cookbook, but rather to use them for new ideas. We are very flexible at The Avenue so any gaps in knowledge can be easily filled.
