Organisations and the business world today have many methods of communication. Selecting the correct method for the message you are delivering is vital to ensure the message you are delivering isn't mis-understood. Some methods of communication are impersonal, some are needed to pass on mass amounts of information and each method has its positives and benefits. Understanding these will help you to pick the correct method.

Communication isn't just about selecting the right tool. Face to face communication and the way you prtray yourself is also very important.

In this session we look at the different methods of communication how how to select the best method, as well as using the Transactional Analysis theory to understand how whe shoudl communicate face to face.

We'll look at

  • The advantages and disadvantages of different methods of communication
  • Why communication breaks down and how to avoid barriers
  • Transactional Analysis as a communication methodology
  • Holding effective meetings and one to ones
  • Evaluating the success of your communication

We have delivered this workhop to previous clients who all report an increase in confidence and improved communication in their business.

The session is very interactive with lots of discussion, role-play scenarios and an action planning session.
