Introduction
This is a new qualification equivalent to 3.5 'A' levels. The Diploma has a business and product design focus, covering a wide range of products with an emphasis on the college's Food & Drink Manufacturing specialism. The course will provide you with the knowledge and skills that both employers and universities are looking for.

About the course
The course will be offered in collaboration with other local post -16 providers and it is possible to include an 'A' level within the programme. There is a minimum 10 days compulsory work experience within one of the manufacturing sectors so that you can gain appreciation of the practical skills required. During the course, you'll complete a student project to demonstrate the skills and knowledge you have learnt.
