Course programme
Understanding the key issues of employment law is crucial to the busy personnel/human resources manager and Director’s role. This one-day seminar is specifically designed to give you an advanced update on recent changes and developments in legislation and case law. If your company is unaware of changes in areas such as data protection, discrimination, contracts and dismissal, you could be putting it at risk. It will provide valuable advice on compliance together with practical examples, guidance on recent law and the implications for employers.
