The selection process will include a basic Initial Assessment and an interview during which your suitability,
commitment and interest for the programme will be determined.
To be accepted onto the programme you will need to achieve Literacy and Numeracy at a minimum of Level 1 and it is preferable that you have GCSE grades

This framework will allow candidates to apply knowledge, understanding and skills to a national occupational level required by employers, thus proving competency in their job role.
It has been designed for department, section and team leaders, specialist sales advisors, owners/managers. It therefore allows the candidate to undertake one of the following pathways: Sales Professional, Merchandising or Visual Management.
