What will I learn?
In Fine Art you can expect to work with a range of 2D and 3D media to develop your visual skills in drawing, painting, printmaking and sculpture. You can work in alternative media such as digital art, installation, film and so on.
What Makes a good Art - Fine Art student?
Strong interest in Art and Design, visit relevant exhibitions, read, try new techniques and processes. Be prepared for anything!
Which other courses link well with this subject?
As with all art courses Art and Design can be taken with virtually any subject depending upon what you want to do. You could consider Classics, English Literature, History, Film Studies or Media Studies for example.
