Course review:

Learn the basics of cake making and baking in this workshop using classic techniques to create enticing contemporary recipes with a retro twist.

The techniques covered will include cake creaming and rubbing in methods and making caramel.

The day starts with coffee and pastries and a short demonstration. You will then cook each of the recipes individually, learning as you go.

Lunch is not served on this workshop. However, there will be a variety of teas and coffee to accompany freshly baked scones at the end of the session. The remaining goodies can be taken home to impress friends and family.
