We had a wonderful time and everything was brilliant. The Birthday girl enjoyed it too and was very surprised! We have been looking at the recipes again today, the pesto was a favourite. I wanted to thank you for a great cookery evening for my daughters 10th birthday.
She had a ball and learnt so much from knife skills to making her own ravioli and cooking her own steak with red wine jus.
We were busy last weekend following on from the many things you taught her and me along the way!
I thought I knew a good deal about cooking but learnt several new skills / tricks that I have already put to good use.
Thank you again for a cracking evening – we’ve already mentioned you to several of our friends
