Increase your confidence in making cakes and bread. The course will cover both large and small cakes such as Victoria sandwich cake, fairy cakes, marbled cherry and almond cake and chocolate roulade. Both glacé icing and butter icing are used and students will learn how to 'feather ice'. Wholemeal bread, savoury Chelsea buns, foccaccia and stollen are some of the breads that are covered.
