What I would highlight:
UK Open school gave me clear and efficient data in picking the correct course for me, they reached me by telephone to check whether I had whatever other questions. When I agreed to accept the course, they sent all material rapidly. I found the course pack straightforward and efficient. It took some time (2 weeks) for my mentor to get in touch with me at first. My coach was Kerry Steele. She was extremely useful and her remarks were to the point. A couple of times when I moved toward a task wrongly, she helped me comprehend what was required. All in all, I was extremely contented with my manager. One thing that UK Open school can enhance is timescales for completion of the course. I would suggest this course and UK Open College to other individuals.
