About this course
This course will introduce you to the seven building blocks of resilience. You will learn practical, proven techniques to help you cope with change, pressure and set backs at work.
Managers or others working in stressful environments or those who wish to improve their response to pressure and change.
Practical, realistic advice in a small group setting.
