What will I learn?
The content of the subject is extremely relevant, up to date and vital to all those with an interest in how organisations operate. The subject is one of only a few "live" subjects available- with fresh examples of both good (and poor!) practice emerging from the news almost daily. Teaching methods range from role plays and simulations through traditional to much independent and group work. There will be liaison with employers and links with company based/workplace training programmes.
All department staff incorporate ICT into learning and teaching at every opportunity, primarily through the use of interactive whiteboards.
