Course programme

The 5 day course covers all aspects of current CRM training in the context of the cabin environment with relevant references to, and examination of human factor related aviation incidents and accidents. The course utilises cabin based case studies, video footage and investigation board reports.

The course includes instructional techniques, facilitation, briefing, debriefing and feedback techniques. Following the course the student will have the knowledge, skills and materials to deliver professional CRM training suitable for cabin crew in airline operations, and meeting the requirements of EASA Table 1.
