Prep for Air Cabin Crew Service Cert - CREW11AL

Is the course for me?
The course is designed to prepare you for employment in the airline industry as air cabin crew.

What will I learn?
You will learn about different aspects of working as air cabin crew. You will study the following units: 1. An Introduction to the Aviation Industry; 2. Working as an Air Cabin Crew Member; 3. Customer Service and Selling; 4. Health, Safety and Security. A uniform (suit) will be required for the course, details will be discussed near the start of the course but an approx cost would be £70.00. All students are required to attend an organised European residential trip which will be part subsidised by the college. In addition to this, students will also be required to attend a compulsory cabin crew training day, costing approx. £50, which is delivered by an external training provider and will therefore provide an extra qualification/certificate. There will also be visits to Manchester and Liverpool Airports.

How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed through course work and external examination.

What can I do after the course?
You can progress to airline company specific training programmes or on to further level 3 travel qualifications.
