The Assessor Awards are designed to meet the differing needs of those who assess competence. If you plan to assess candidates using a variety of different assessment methods then A1 will suit your needs. You will need to produce a portfolio of evidence demonstrating your knowledge and have access to two candidates currently studying towards an NVQ in an area you are vocationally competent.
