· Course Overview: · A vocationally related qualification (VRQ), at Level 2 on the National Qualifications Framework. Candidates will broaden their skills as a gym instructor by developing their ability to plan and deliver safe and effective non-music based circuit training sessions. Units include Unit 1 Planning a Group Circuit Training Session Unit 2 Instructing a Group Circuit Training Session

Entry Requirements: · Candidates must hold a Level 2 qualification in Fitness Instructing (Gym/ETM) or equivalent. Some experience of circuit training is useful but not essential. The course requires physical exertion and individual participation is essential, therefore a degree of physical fitness is necessary.
