This nine-hour course is designed to give all food workers an appreciation of good hygiene practice. Topics covered include: Food poisoning, prevention of contamination, cleaning & disinfection, equipment & pest control in a premises. This is an essential course for those wishing to work in catering and is desirable for those learners taking child care qualifications.
