In line with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health regulations we are required to see one form of photo ID on the day of attendance.

In line with this demand, the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) Level 2 Award in Food Safety has been designed to address the food safety needs of the catering sector. This course introduces delegates to food safety and hygiene in the kitchen and provides them (on successful completion of the examination) with an approved food safety qualification which will enable them to work in food businesses.
