Course duration: six day programme; 5 days instruction and one day revision and exam

Assessment method: two work based assignments and one examination; part one short answer questions; Part B essay type questions QCA Accredited Outcome: Candidates will be able to deliver the new Level 2 Awards in Food Safety (with the appropriate training skills)
