CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Practice Level 3. Day Class

Course Content

The Certificate in Human Resource Practice (CHRP) course is split 50:50 between class based study and self study. A total of 280 study hours are required to successfully complete the CHRP of which 140 hours should be private study. A minimum attendance of 80% is expected.

Topics covered include Developing Yourself, Recording and Analysing HR Information, Recruitment and Selection, Understanding Organisations and the Role of HR, Good Practice in Performance and Reward Management and Managing Employee Relations.
