Description
Basic knowledge and skills for those wishing to pursue a career in Human Resource Management. This is a stand alone qualification culminating in the Certificate in Personnel Practice. There are further CIPD qualifications in Personnel Management that students may follow at later stages

Course Length
One year from September to June. Tuesday evenings 6-9pm plus two skills development workshops held on Saturdays on dates to be agreed. Details will be given during induction
