People Management and Development explores the integration of HR management with other important areas of the business, focusing on how this can add value to the organisation, and thus complements the more specific areas in the Electives. We strongly advise students who are planning to complete the CIPD Professional Development Scheme to undertake the Electives field prior to studying People Manag. Suitable for: HR professionals and line managers who wish to broaden their knowledge and skills and who have practical experience of HR management at an operational level but wish to develop this further at a strategic and business level; line managers with significant people management responsibilities at a strategic level; and all those studying towards CIPD graduateship.

What Our Customers Say
Clare Juggins, Snap on Diagnostics: CIPD Professional Development Scheme
" Having had a very positive experience studying for my CPP, it seemed the obvious choice to continue my CIPD with BPP, as they offered everything I was looking for flexibility, the opportunity to network with other students and regular tutorials at a good location. The tutors were supportive, and informative; from providing lots of good case studies to offering practical advice on how juggle a full time job with study. I would recommend BPP to anyone wanting to gain a professional qualification whilst working full time, as although it was difficult at times, on the whole I found it an enjoyable and worthwhile experience, which has enabled me to move on in my career.
