About this course

Discover the styles of wine you enjoy
Describe the basic rules of food and wine pairing.

There are no extra costs - tasting glasses and spittoons are provided. You may wish to bring a small notebook, pen,
water and possibly some plain crackers to refresh your plate between wines.

Course programme

The styles of wine we need over the festive season and how to pair them with food if appropriate .
How to widen your wine experience by understanding better the wines you know so you can use that knowledge to experiment . Experiencing a variety of new wines form unfamiliar places.

The course is taught through a guided tasting of the wines. There will be other recommendations for wines you may wish to try. Notes, tasting sheets and other helpful materials will be provided.
