Course Content:
Personal development as a first line manager. This unit is about personal development and planning, work planning, relationship building and health and safety. Key areas include personal development planning, work plan priorities, and developing effective working relationships to achieve objectives.
Assessment Methods:
The course is assessed by reports. Each unit is assessed by individual report.

The classes will be run by your tutor who will work through the learning outcomes for each unit. The tutor will also explain the specific assessments for each unit and will agree deadlines with you.
