About the course:
This practical workshop will give you the confidence to nurture and challenge your people to perform better.

This is an action packed workshop to help managers learn and apply the skill of coaching. Coaching is a soft skill that many successful managers use to help their teams think for themselves and learn from their mistakes. The coaching conversation can be used at any time but is common in performance reviews and training situations.

Suitable for anyone currently responsible for the performance of others.

• Learn the TGROW coaching model
• Recognise coaching opportunities
• Work with SMART goals
• Develop a professional coaching style
• Identify perceptions and beliefs
• Explore creativity and problem solving
• Carry out coaching conversations
