What I love the most about this program is that it is virtually conducted but contains an on-site element which you may (or may not) attend. The knowledge I have acquired stretches across a myriad of different subject matters. Since the program is still in its first few years, both staff and faculty are really open to suggestions and ideas to further improve the curriculum and delivery. It is also run entirely in English, though having some knowledge of French will be very helpful should you need to liaise with the school directly (outside the program). Overall, a great program with great ROI, and I am happy to report that I still keep in touch with many of my peers and with the faculty up until today.

Both the administrative staff and instructors are super friendly, knowledgeable about what they do and professional in their approach.
The flexibility the program offers was a perfect fit for me and my work situation, and absolutely worth all the time, effort and money put into it.
If I would do it again? Yes, absolutely! The program is improved continuously, and the curriculum helped me advance in my career within technical communication.
