Can you see that a lack of confidence and self belief is holding colleagues back from the career you know they have the ability to do.

Our Confidence, the first step to reaching your goals programme is a great first step for attendees to take. The programme allows attendee to stand back and take a look and themselves - what do they want to do, what do they do well, what could they do better etc.

The programme helps attendees feel good about themselves. They get to recognise where they need to develop in a positive way and come away with practical action plans that can be implemented.

This programme works because it
- allows time for self reflection
- provides discussion points for attendees to discuss in pairs - the first stage of opening up
- allows free thinking around possibilities and 'what if'
- is individual for each attendee - recognising that each person will come away with something different from the programme
- allows time for sharing, supporting each other and associating with similar feelings and concerns
- Celebrates success - recognising our goals, having action plans and feeling the success of achieving it

We not only support the individuals attending the session but as growing confidence is an emotional change, Line Managers will be provided with guidance on how their team member need to be supported during this time.

In addition, each attendee will have a 40 minute telephone coaching session with Victoria from Coaching4Results

No prior knowledge is required

As part of our consulting approach, we get to know you and your company. It's important for us to understand the reasons people are attending this workshop and what you want to achieve.

We not only support attendees but also offer support to line managers so they know about expectations, both before and after the programme.

Finally, our one to one telephone coaching session helps attendees discuss any current concerns and celebrate any successes.

On receipt of your enquiry we will call you for a brief discussion and arrange to visit your office so that we can fully understand your expectations

Course programme

John Whitmore says Potential = Performance - Interference

This programme has been devised to help reduce the interference so that attendees can focus on their performance levels and personal career goals.

The workshops will focus on:
- Identifying behaviours and career paths enabling self-fulfilment
- Increasing self-awareness and recognising the positive effects ofrelationship management

- Recognising what’s holding you back
- Developing self-confidence
- Taking responsibility for your actions
- Recognising the rights behaviours to get the right results

The workshop will be highly participative, and a great learning event. Attendees frequently associate with other attendees, reflect on their behaviours, make decisions and come away feeling much more confident and determined to reach their goals.

It's always a pleasure to facilitate this programme and feel the increase in motivation from the attendees.
