Conflict Management

As well as this CIEH Level 2 Award in Conflict Resolution and Personal Safety training course which is the second unit to the basic skills training courses which are Static and Patrol Security, Door Supervisor Security, and Retail Security. This CIEH award in conflict management will enable employees to protect themselves in the face of confrontational behaviour.
