Fantastic tutoring by a teacher who had a lot of experience in the field and was keen to share it with the students. I think the course was straightforward and relatively easy, some homework reading is always a good recommendation. The course was interesting, this is in large part due to the excellent quality of the tutor, and their ability to make it more interesting to the student. The facilities for the course were excellent too and couldn't be faulted.

I think the course is very interesting and updated. It gave me information about the behaviour of people in the workplace and how this is related to their work. The examples they used helped me to understand different situations and personalities. One of the things I enjoyed was the freedom of study around other commitments. Totally worth it! However, I was a little suprised with the final examination since it didn't seem to have been included in the course .

The assessment and feedback has given me a clear path for me to build my own emotional intelligence and also helps me to understand how to connect better with colleagues (and customers). When I think of all the times when we have had conflict in the office over what seems to be little things and how I am personally contributing to the conflict was painful but a great lesson.

I grew up in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metropolitan region in Minnesota, USA. I attended Arizona State University and studied Sustainability with an emphasis on architecture and urban development. In 2010, I began working for a green building consultancy in Phoenix, Arizona that specializes in project management of LEED certified buildings. I plan to focus my future research on transit-oriented development and hope to begin a career in transit planning. The Mundus Urbano program provides me with a unique opportunity to learn about urban development in an international and interdisciplinary context.
