What will you be learning?
This course is designed for employees whose job role involves providing technical advice to support working procedures in a contact centre environment. Typical job roles could include senior contact centre operator, supervisor and team leader.

You will learn: How to develop personal and organisational effectiveness; health and safety in ICT and contact centres; customer care; interpersonal and written communication ; direct selling and customer acquisition; using IT systems, software and emails.

What happens when you have finished?
You can progress onto senior roles in a related area of employment.
