Entry requirements For whom is it appropriate and what skills or knowledge are needed before enrolment?""This course is suitable for all abilities, from beginners to those with more knowledge and experience of French Cookery. Less experienced or less confident cooks may be encouraged to limit the number of dishes they prepare.This course is suitable for vegetarians. Although some of the planned recipes may include meat, the tutor will always be able to suggest alternative ingredients. N.B. Please do let us know if you have an allergy or food intolerance when you enrol on any one of our cookery courses. This information is important and will ensure the tutor can plan alternative ingredients or recipes where necessary.We welcome learners with additional needs and disabilities.
