Get ahead for Christmas so you can enjoy the celebration without feeling like you're slaving over a hot stove for the whole time. Beverley will show you how to make lots of lovely cook ahead food that you can take home and freeze ready for the big day. A light lunch will be served.

We'll make items such as:

Sausage rolls with puff pastry
Cranberry and orange mincemeat
Mini stollen bites
Mince pies
and a Christmas Pudding


The workshop will take place in Princes Risborough from 10am-2.30pm

Aprons, ingredients and suitable containers to bring the food home in will be provided.
