My boy attended the Off to Uni course last week. What a success! I have never seen Ben so excited and enthused about 5 days! He even enjoyed the cake baking on Day 1 which he had reservations about. He learnt so much and simply had so much fun clearly all thanks to Richard and Diana who he could not stop talking about and obviously you who manages the whole thing. It was such a success he only wishes he had been doing 2 weeks. That says it all. A huge thank you to you all from a thrilled son and appreciative mother.

Really great evening Diana gave us a fantastic demonstration which made cooking look incredibly easy and even inspired a total novice to have a go. She and her son, then got us working which was a great way to learn new skills and we even managed to cook something, certainly the best meal "I’ve ever cooked” which was then enjoyed by all.

My boy attended the Off to Uni course last week. What a success! I have never seen Ben so excited and enthused about 5 days! He even enjoyed the cake baking on Day 1 which he had reservations about. He learnt so much and simply had so much fun clearly all thanks to Richard and Diana who he could not stop talking about and obviously you who manages the whole thing.
