The Transport Manager's Certificate of Professional Competence in Passenger Transport, a level three qualification with the syllabus set by OCR, is the minimum entry qualification necessary to hold the position of Transport Manager.
The course is delivered in a classroom environment by friendly, approachable qualified lecturers who are passenger industry specialists. Course numbers are kept small to allow candidates the opportunity to raise question and discuss answers whenever they feel the need to.
