This course will introduce you to the art of craft baking. You'll use professional recipes to make delicious produce that you can replicate at home.



The classes take place in a commercial bakery teaching environment, led by a fully trained baker and confectioner. All ingredients will be provided by the college and you'll be charged for what you produce.
