Customer Service C&G NVQ Level 2

About the course:
This programme is intended for those working to satisfy customers' requirements. This can be in any work area and can include both internal and external customers. E.g. Beauty Therapist, Waiter, Care Assistant, Contact Centre Operator, Receptionist.

Course Content:
Candidates must complete 7 units - 2 mandatory plus 5 from a choice of the optional units

Mandatory units
· Prepare yourself to deliver good customer service
· Provide customer service within the rules

Optional units
· Give customers a positive image of yourself and your organization
· Promote additional services or products to customers
· Process customer service information
· Live up to he customer service promise
· Make customer service personal
· Go the extra mile in customer service
· Deal with customers in writing or using ICT
· Deal with customers face to face
· Deal with customers by telephone
· Deliver reliable customer service
· Deliver customer service on you customers' premises
· Recognise diversity when delivering customer service
· Recognise and deal with customer queries, requests and problems

Equipment Requirements:
All equipment will be supplied by the College.

Assessment:
Candidates will meet with their assessor approximately every 3 weeks to present and review evidence and build a portfolio of evidence.

Progression:
Candidates can progress on to the NVQ Level 3 in Customer Care at the College.
